The project stems from the customer’s willingness to renew their house and to turn it to a modern and welcoming design.

The existing structure has been integrated with the new one.

Several elements have been modified to create bigger, more comfortable and brighter spaces.

The ground floor has been changed to create an open space and to give a better view to the garden.

The first floor, completely new, is a studio overlooking the large terrace. Also the furniture has been designed specifically for the customer.

For the whole house we chose materials like stucco, wood and aluminum to get a simple but cozy and elegant result.
