The project involves the total renovation of a villa built in 1970 in Cerreto Castello (BI), set in a 10,000 square meter park with a great variety of vegetation, a tennis mat and an appurtenant indoor swimming pool.

The internal distribution has been reorganized around the central patio, drawing visual glimpses towards the outside.
The living area is distributed in the south and east areas, while the sleeping area, with six bedrooms (one master suite and five rooms with related services) occupies the east and north areas.

The kitchen overlooks the park and for this reason the walls have been replaced by large windows. Outside, a metal pergola has been added to extend the outdoor space.

All the materials are of the highest quality and have been carefully chosen, the details and furnishings designed specifically for the rooms of the villa so that they are homogeneous and elegant.
